Marketing Manager

We’re growing! We’re seeking a results-driven marketing manager with strong writing/communication skills and a solid digital-focused background to join our marketing team at Snyder Diamond in Santa Monica.

The new marketing manager will assist in executing on a variety of marketing tasks and duties to support company business objectives, be dedicated to daily engagement across social media channels, and provide the marketing team with administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Engage daily on Instagram and other social media channels as required
  • Assist in the development and management of cross-channel marketing programs to promote business health/growth
  • Work with our CMS & ESP to create, maintain and publish content.
  • Manage MDF programs to strategically optimize co-op spends.
  • Support advance brand-building tactics
  • Oversee day-to-day and project-based website updates and enhancements.
  • Foster customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide Sales and other internal teams with creative collateral alongside marketing and brand support as needed.

Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator, you are an integral part of the customer journey and will guide customers through the purchase to delivery or install process. You are the customer liaison between sales, operations, purchasing and logistics. You are responsible for delivering a great experience to our customers by working to meet their expectations and timelines through problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • To perform this job successfully, you must be able to successfully schedule and coordinate product deliveries and installations, product pick-ups and shipments.
  • Perform thorough quality checks on customer orders using available tools.
  • Collect account balances and verify product payment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that showroom visitors are acknowledged, engaged with, and treated as ‘personal guests.’

Without exception, our customers come first; this is a critical role as our warehouse serves as a vital connection between our showrooms and our customers. If you have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and a background in distribution, manufacturing, transportation, forklift operation or home delivery, this position may be a great fit. Join our warehouse / delivery team in a fun, fast-paced environment where you will be in charge of preparing orders, pulling products, completing deliveries, and helping to maintain your workplace and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling merchandise and placing orders in delivery area
